Forum: GratefulDead Subject: lots of TDIH for today

Just ran down the TDIH and there are lots of goodies to choose from. there is somethin for just about everyone to get their head wrapped around...unless you are strictly a 60s afficianado.

I'm starting with this gem and moving my way forward thru time.

Looks like today is going to be pretty much a GD day as far as music goes....damn, on a Monday too. How will I ever cope? LOL
Have a great day, all!! Hope you get a chance to revel in some of this wonderful history today!

There's always lots of "this day in history" (these days in history?) if you go back over all the 6ths of May we've had since we shifted to the Gregorian calendar in 1582. Shoot, there were probably a whole bunch of May 6ths in the Julian calendar before that.

Don't even ask about how many Mayan May 6ths there have been.

Or will be.....

Mark your calendar.

The Infamous Stringdusters are playing the Bottle and Cork in Dewey on July 17th. It's a Wednesday. I'm figuring work is going to suck on Thursday.

Will agree Mando. I'd blame it on Julius Caesar and Jesus Christ if I could. Im on the Kardashian calendar presently.
But its really hard to keep up with...
Good thing there is an underwear-load (panties, in my case)of Grateful Dead tunes, to keep it straight.
